Job Description

Valet Living is a reputable company dedicated to enhancing the living experience of residents in apartment communities by providing essential cleaning and maintenance services. As a company, Valet Living specializes in offering specialized doorstep trash collection and recycling services that ensure apartment complexes remain clean, safe, and comfortable. Known for its commitment to quality service and employee satisfaction, Valet Living operates within apartment communities across multiple locations, providing part-time employment opportunities that cater especially to individuals seeking flexible schedules and local work environments. The company’s focus on part-time evening positions is ideal for workers looking for supplemental income or steady second jobs without the need for extensive travel or off-site responsibilities.

We are currently hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists, also referred to as Service Valets, who will be responsible for servicing one or more apartment communities near their homes. In this role, employees will primarily collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents’ doorsteps and deposit these materials into on-site compactors. This role offers consistency, minimal travel, and the opportunity to remain physically active while working outdoors during evening hours. The position typically involves working 10 to 15 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting between 7:00 and 8:00 PM. With competitive pay rates of $17 per hour for helper roles and $20 per hour for truck drivers, this job provides reliable, fast payments through DailyPay, and a fast hiring process for those eager to begin quickly.

This job opportunity is excellent for individuals who want to stay local, avoid weekend shifts, and earn extra income with simple but impactful duties that contribute directly to the quality of life of apartment residents. Employees use a mobile app to check in, track their work progress, and document their tasks with photos as needed. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a smartphone with a data plan. Reliable transportation, preferably an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer, along with a valid driver’s license and insurance, is highly valued though not mandatory.

The physical aspect of the job involves walking long distances, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Valet Living values safety and provides necessary equipment such as gloves and safety vests. Beyond the attractive pay and steady hours, employees enjoy a supportive environment that encourages advancement, with 50% of leadership hires being promoted from within the company. Additional benefits include referral bonuses, flexible night hours to accommodate different lifestyles, and a strong emphasis on safety and employee well-being.

Valet Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. The company values diversity and ensures a fair hiring and employment process free from discrimination based on race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic. Joining Valet Living means becoming part of a dedicated team that provides vital services to communities while enjoying flexible, well-paid, and local work opportunities.
