We are currently seeking part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists, known as Service Valets, to join our team for evening shifts. This role is perfect for individuals seeking steady, part-time work with consistent evening hours and the flexibility to fit around other commitments such as a full-time job or school. The work involves servicing one or more nearby apartment communities to collect trash and cardboard recycling directly from residents' doorsteps and transport it to onsite compactors using a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer. This position does not require long-distance driving or off-site dumping, making it ideal for those looking to stay local and avoid the burdens of lengthy commutes.

As a Service Valet, you will have the responsibility of ensuring apartment complexes remain clean and pleasant for the residents by fulfilling the promise of doorstep trash collection by morning. You will be actively engaged throughout your shift, walking the property, climbing stairs, and performing outdoor work across various weather conditions. Our mobile app simplifies your job by allowing you to check in, track your work progress, and submit necessary photos efficiently. Compensation includes a competitive truck pay rate of $20 per hour and $19 per hour for non-truck Service Valets, usually accumulating 10 to 15 or more hours weekly during Sunday through Thursday nights, with no weekend shifts required. The position also offers fast pay options through DailyPay, ensuring you receive your earnings promptly. To qualify for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, own a personal open-bed pickup truck or a trailer-equipped vehicle, and have a smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s work app. You must be authorized to work in the United States and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, walking extended distances, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in different weather conditions. Safety is paramount, and all necessary protective equipment such as gloves and safety vests are provided to ensure wellbeing on the job.
