- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors during shifts
- Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos
- Ensure no long distance travel, bulk items or off-site dumping
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of serviced properties
- Communicate effectively with residents and management if needed
