Job Description

Valet Living is a renowned service company dedicated to enhancing the living experience within apartment communities by providing exceptional doorstep trash collection and related services. Specializing in residential waste management, Valet Living operates through consistent, professional, and localized service that helps maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort for residents. The company takes pride in offering flexible, part-time employment opportunities that cater to individuals seeking a steady source of supplemental income. Their unique focus on local servicing means employees can work close to home without the burden of long-distance travel or off-site dumping. This commitment to local engagement and service excellence sets Valet Living apart as a leader in the doorstep trash collection industry.

We are currently hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists, also known as Service Valets, who will play a key role in supporting the cleanliness and livability of nearby apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for evening work with steady hours and no weekend obligations. Typically requiring 10-15 hours per week, these roles offer consistent employment during evening shifts, generally scheduled Sunday through Thursday beginning after 7:00 or 8:00 PM. Service Valets are responsible for collecting bagged trash and recycling materials directly from residents' doorsteps and transporting these materials to on-site compactors. This localized, routine-driven work involves active physical activity, including walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Service Valets benefit from competitive pay rates starting at $21 per hour for helper roles and $23 per hour for truck operators. Employees enjoy a supportive work environment that values safety, providing necessary equipment such as gloves and safety vests. Work assignments are conveniently located near the employee’s home, eliminating the stress of long-distance travel. Furthermore, the company utilizes an innovative mobile app to streamline the check-in process, track work progress, and enable photo documentation, fostering efficiency and transparency.

This role is particularly well-suited for those seeking a second job or a flexible schedule to supplement their primary income. The evening hours allow Service Valets to manage personal responsibilities such as school or family commitments effectively. Valet Living also promotes career growth within the organization, with about half of area leader positions filled by internal promotions, creating advancement opportunities for dedicated employees. Additionally, employees can earn referral bonuses by recommending others to join the team, further enhancing the earning potential.

Valet Living emphasizes inclusivity and diversity in its hiring practices, offering equal employment opportunities regardless of race, religion, gender, or other protected statuses. The company’s fast hiring process encourages prompt applications, allowing new employees to start quickly and begin earning right away. Overall, this position offers a stable, rewarding career with a blend of physical activity, local engagement, and consistent pay, making it an ideal choice for individuals looking for meaningful, flexible part-time evening work.
