Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
Valid driver’s license
Auto insurance
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with data plan
Ability to work independently and follow routine
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Authorized to work in the U.S. with necessary proof
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on-site compactor using personal pickup truck
Service one or more nearby apartment communities during the shift, all within the same local area
Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during shifts
Avoid long distance travel, bulk item handling, or off-site dumping
Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when needed
Follow safety procedures and use provided safety equipment
Maintain a consistent routine and work independently
