Job Requirements
- Own personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with data plan
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
- Ability to work independently and follow a routine
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance
- Ability to use smartphone and mobile apps
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina for walking, lifting, and working outdoors
- Safety-minded and able to follow protocols
- Experience with similar service roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during shifts within the local area
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos when required
- Ensure no long distance travel or off-site dumping
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves, safety vests, and equipment
- Maintain a consistent routine and work independently
