Job Requirements
- Own an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance
- at least 18 years old
- smartphone with data plan
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- work evenings Sunday through Thursday
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather
- follow company safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to operate personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer safely
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- ability to work independently and follow routines
- familiarity with mobile apps and basic smartphone use
- physical fitness to walk long distances and carry up to 50 lbs
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor using personal vehicle
- service one or more nearby apartment communities during shifts
- walk the property and climb stairs while working outdoors
- use mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos
- ensure trash is removed and areas are clean by morning
- follow safety protocols and wear provided safety equipment
- work independently and consistently maintain assigned route
