Job Description

Valet Living is a dedicated service provider specializing in doorstep trash and recycling collection for apartment communities. The company's mission centers around enhancing the living experience for residents by maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable environments within their neighborhoods. Operating with a commitment to efficiency and community-focused service, Valet Living offers part-time employment opportunities that are ideal for individuals seeking consistent work in their local area without the need for long-distance travel or complicated logistics. This role is specifically designed for those who want a flexible evening job that fits easily into a busy lifestyle and provides a reliable income stream. It is important to note that this opportunity requires the use of your personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer to perform the duties efficiently.

The part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist, also known as a Service Valet, is responsible for servicing one or more nearby apartment communities each evening to collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from residents' doorsteps. The goal is to ensure these items are removed promptly, leaving the area clean and tidy by the following morning. This position involves active outdoor work, including walking properties, climbing stairs, and handling waste materials while using the company's mobile app to report job progress, check in at service locations, and document work with photos when necessary. The role does not involve dealing with bulk items, long-distance driving, or off-site dumping, making it a highly focused and manageable evening job.

Employees in this position benefit from stable and predictable scheduling, typically working approximately 10 to 15 hours per week during Sunday through Thursday evenings beginning after 7 or 8 PM. The pay rate for this role is competitive at $20 per hour, and the company offers fast payment options through DailyPay, ensuring timely compensation. Valet Living provides a workplace culture that values safety and comfort, equipping workers with gloves, safety vests, and necessary equipment to promote well-being on the job. The role is suitable for individuals looking for supplemental income, making it an excellent choice if you have a full-time job, attend school, or have family commitments.

Valet Living also promotes career growth within its ranks, with many Area Leader positions filled by internal promotions from the Service Valet team. The company fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment that embraces diversity, equality, and equal opportunity for all employees. Referral bonuses are available to encourage team growth, allowing current employees to earn extra when they successfully recommend others to join the Valet Living team.

If you are searching for a steady, part-time evening job close to home that offers fast pay, consistent hours, and the freedom to work locally without lengthy commutes, this opportunity with Valet Living is highly appealing. The company values reliability, autonomy, and a commitment to maintaining clean and orderly living spaces for apartment residents. Applicants must be able to work independently, follow a consistent routine, and meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Personal transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle is mandatory to fulfill job requirements successfully. Valet Living employs individuals without discrimination based on protected characteristics, fostering a welcoming and respectful workplace for all team members.
