Job Description

Valet Living is a leading service provider specializing in doorstep trash and recycling collection for apartment communities. Dedicated to maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable living environments for residents, Valet Living combines innovative service solutions with a commitment to local communities. As a trusted partner to numerous apartment complexes, the company operates with a focus on neighborhood convenience, environmental responsibility, and exceptional customer service. Valet Living champions diversity and inclusion in the workplace, fostering a culture that welcomes employees from all backgrounds and walks of life.

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists, also known as Service Valets, to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking for consistent evening work close to home without the inconvenience of long-distance driving or off-site dumping. Utilizing your own personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle equipped with a trailer, you will serve one or more nearby apartment communities, collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from residents' doorsteps. This ensures that the property remains tidy by the next morning, enhancing the comfort and satisfaction of apartment residents.

The position offers part-time evening hours, typically 10 to 15 or more hours per week, running Sunday through Thursday nights starting after 7:00 to 8:00 PM, with no weekend work required. With a competitive truck pay rate of $18 per hour and the convenience of assignments near your home, this job provides a steady income stream with flexible scheduling that can complement a full-time job, school obligations, or family commitments. In addition, you will benefit from the ease of using Valet Living's mobile app for check-ins, work tracking, and documentation, making the job technologically accessible and streamlined.

Safety is a top priority with all necessary gloves, safety vests, and equipment provided to ensure you are well-protected while performing your duties. This physically active role involves walking the property, climbing multiple flights of stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions, making it a great fit for those who want to stay active while earning extra income. As an equal opportunity employer, Valet Living values the strength that diversity brings to the workplace and promotes inclusivity in their hiring and employment practices.

This role is also designed with career growth in mind, as about 50% of Area Leader hires come from internal promotions, offering advancement opportunities for dedicated employees. Additionally, referral bonuses offer incentives for those who bring new team members on board. The fast hiring process ensures you can start quickly and begin earning immediately.

If you have the required personal vehicle and desire a dependable part-time evening role that balances work-life flexibility, physical activity, steady pay, and local assignments, Valet Living invites you to apply today. Join a company committed to enhancing the living experience within apartment communities while providing rewarding work for its Service Valets.
