Job Requirements
- Own personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- age 18 or older
- smartphone with data plan
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- ability to work independently and follow routine
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
- willing to work outdoor in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
- ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- smartphone with data plan to use mobile work app
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- capacity to walk long distances and climb stairs
- experience in a physically active role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor using personal pickup truck or trailer
- service one or more nearby apartment communities during shifts within local area
- walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- check in, track work, and take photos using mobile app
- follow consistent routine and safety protocols
- maintain communication with management as needed
- ensure no long-distance travel, bulk item handling, or off-site dumping
