Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. proof of eligibility required
- Reliable transportation preferably an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Smartphone with a data plan to use work app
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste collection or similar physical labor is a plus but not required
- Ability to use a smartphone and learn mobile applications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good physical fitness to perform active duties
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred for truck positions
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on-site compactor
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift all within the same local area
- Stay active by walking the property climbing stairs and working outdoors during your shift
- Use a mobile app to check in track work and take photos when needed
- Follow safety protocols and use provided personal protective equipment
- Work independently maintaining a consistent routine
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
