Job Description

Valet Living is a leading company specializing in providing exceptional doorstep trash collection services for apartment communities. Operating across various regions in the United States, Valet Living dedicates itself to enhancing the living environment for residents by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and comfort. As a recognized leader in the service industry, this company employs local Service Valets who engage directly with community residents, offering convenient and efficient trash collection solutions. Their mission revolves around creating cleaner, friendlier living spaces with a strong emphasis on reliability and community involvement. By focusing solely on residential communities, Valet Living ensures minimal disruption and maximum satisfaction among residents and property managers alike.

We are currently offering an excellent part-time opportunity for individuals seeking evening work that fits seamlessly into their schedules. The role of Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist, commonly known as Service Valet, is designed for those who appreciate steady hours with no long-distance driving or off-site dumping. Typically, the shifts are scheduled from Sunday through Thursday during evening hours, generally beginning after 7:00 or 8:00 PM, providing 10-15 or more hours of work weekly. This is an ideal job for someone looking to supplement their income, balance other responsibilities such as full-time employment or school, and stay active through light physical activity. Compensation for the position is competitive, with rates at $16 per hour for Helper pay and $18 per hour for Truck pay. Fast and reliable payment is ensured through DailyPay, allowing employees to receive their earnings promptly.

As a Service Valet, your primary responsibility is to collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from residents' doorsteps within one or more nearby apartment communities. This means you will be serving in the same local vicinity throughout your shift, eliminating the need for long-distance travel or bulk materials handling. Utilizing a mobile app, you will check in, track your work progress, and capture photos when required, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management. The physical nature of the job involves walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions, so it is well-suited for those who enjoy staying physically engaged rather than confined to a desk. Additionally, Valet Living emphasizes safety by providing gloves, safety vests, and all necessary equipment to its employees.

This role offers more than just income; it includes opportunities for career advancement, with approximately 50% of Area Leader positions filled by internal promotions. The company values diversity and equal opportunity, cultivating a supportive work environment where every employee can thrive. Referral bonuses further encourage teamwork and growth within the company. For anyone wanting a fulfilling part-time job close to home with consistent hours, straightforward responsibilities, and quick pay, this position is an excellent fit. If you meet the basic requirements and want to join a reputable company focused on improving residential communities, Valet Living invites you to apply and join their dedicated team.
