Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work Monday to Wednesday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm
- experience in customer service or similar environment preferred
- ability to sit for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- ability to operate computer and phone systems
- commitment to safety and security policies
- ability to handle confidential information
- willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

- experience in customer service or dispatch operations preferred

- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency with computer systems and telephone operations

Job Duties
- Control access to buildings and grounds according to branch policy
- handle incoming customer calls concerning routing specials, service requests, no pick-ups, and issue resolution
- generate ETA to operations reports and communicate with routes
- maintain dispatcher's log by logging hourly calls and reporting suspicious activity
- create and maintain holiday routes and customer requests
- send safety and security messages
- coordinate special services, variable account pick-ups and deliveries
- maintain daily ATM combos list and assist with ATM force balances
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
