Job Duties
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper food safety sanitizing procedures
- assist with bussing tables and clearing plates to support smooth dining flow
- handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and bulk supplies safely and correctly
- support food preparation tasks by cleaning workstations and ensuring a hygienic environment
- follow food safety management protocols to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen
- maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including trash disposal and equipment maintenance
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods such as banquets or catering events
