The role of the part-time PM Dishwasher is integral to ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during the busy evening hours. This position requires an individual who is attentive to detail, hardworking, and willing to maintain a clean and orderly work environment. This job does not require prior experience as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items in a timely and efficient manner. Attention to maintaining cleanliness in the dish pit area and ensuring that the kitchen, walk-in fridge, and rear walkway floors are dry and safe for all staff members is critical.

In addition to cleaning duties, the PM Dishwasher will also be responsible for preparing the dish pit area for the next day’s crew, contributing to a seamless handover between shifts.
