As part of the Benchmark Senior Living team, the Server position plays a vital role in facilitating a positive dining experience for residents. This role involves providing friendly, attentive service while ensuring the dining area is clean, orderly, and welcoming. The Server role at Benchmark Senior Living is a valued entry-level opportunity with a starting hourly wage of $16.50. The schedule includes Friday evenings from 4 PM to 7:30 PM and every other weekend during the same hours, providing a balanced work-life arrangement. This role is primarily standing and may require lifting up to 50 pounds, highlighting the physical nature of the job.
