Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
Must have a valid California driver's license and a clean driving record
Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene
Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
Must have open availability to work Monday through Sunday, including weekends, evening, and holiday shifts
Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check
Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to be in a car/drive for the duration of the shift
Must be able to safely operate a vehicle in all lighting scenarios, including low-light/dusk/evening hours, and in weather conditions common to the area
Ability to occasionally lift items not to exceed 30 pounds

Delivery driver experience
Strong time management and customer service skills
Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
Effective team player with ability to work independently

Job Duties

Use company vehicle to complete delivery and pick-up of company products promptly and accurately
Deliver products to customers in a safe, timely, and compliant manner
Provide professional, courteous and respectful service to all customers during delivery interactions
Handle any basic inquiries or issues on the spot as needed
Follow all cash handling procedures accurately
Maintain accurate records for each delivery, including customer verification
Ensure all products are stored safely and securely during transport
Transfer returned/rejected product back to the location
Utilize smartphone applications to navigate and deliver assigned orders quickly, accurately, and safely
Follow standard operating policy and safety procedures
Maintain a positive work environment
Communicate frequently with dispatcher
