Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- valid NM Driver's License
- must have and maintain a clean driving record
- committed to safety, vigilance, and defensive driving practices
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- 2+ years of delivery driving experience preferred
- experience with customer service, invoice handling, and cash handling preferred
- must be punctual, organized, and trustworthy
- experience with POS systems preferred

- proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
- 2+ years of experience as a delivery driver is preferred
- experience with customer service, invoice handling, and cash handling is preferred
- must be punctual, organized, and trustworthy with strong interpersonal communication skills
- experience with POS systems preferred
Job Duties
- Accurately record delivery inventory data and performs inventory reconciliation in POS and inventory system in accordance with New Mexico laws and regulations
- optimize back-room organization to streamline eCommerce order fulfillment
- deliver cultivated products to residential customers from dispensary locations throughout the state
- verify packaged orders and match invoices to ensure accuracy according to Standard Operating Procedures
- maintain in full compliance with all associated regulatory bodies
- maintain ongoing communication with the Inventory/Order Fulfillment and Sales departments as it relates to customer deliveries
- handle customer concerns or issues at the time of delivery and work with the appropriate department or manager to resolve customer concerns promptly
- verify accuracy of orders at the time of delivery
- create and abide by the most efficient route plans for delivery
- verify and collect payments at time of delivery, per the designated process
- assist with company delivery vehicle maintenance
- participate in weekly cycle counts and inventory control procedures
- extend a warm and professional welcome to customers, attentively listening to their unique preferences and requirements
- offer expert insights and personalized product recommendations tailored to individual preferences and usage scenarios
- educate customers about the advantages, potential effects, and safe consumption methods of diverse cannabis products, ensuring they make informed choices
- uphold the appeal of our store environment, keeping it neat and visually enticing, and maintaining well-organized product displays
- stay updated on industry trends, the latest product releases, and ever-evolving regulations to provide accurate and timely information to customers
- efficiently manage cash transactions and utilize our point-of-sale system for streamlined sales processing
- demonstrate unwavering adherence to all company policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with state and local regulations
- collaborate seamlessly with your fellow team members to cultivate a positive, customer-centric work atmosphere
- provide valuable support to the Management Team in various store activities and operations, including customer assistance, checkouts, and cash handling
- embrace other duties as assigned by the Management Team to ensure a cohesive and efficient team dynamic
