Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job
- Shift hours minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must stand 55 percent and walk 45 percent of the shift
- Must follow safety protocols including wearing personal protective equipment
- Must complete required training including Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right to Know trainings

Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service to customers, co-workers, vendors, and business associates
- Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, and package deli products
- Maintain proper shelf, case, and display conditions including stocking, cleaning, straightening, and rotating products
- Maintain cooler conditions with coding, rotating, organizing, and cleaning cases of products
- Clean and sanitize prep area surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local deli regulations
- Maintain safe and clean sales floor conditions including sweeping and mopping
- Answer customer questions, make product recommendations, and engage in suggestive selling
- Dress according to company policy and maintain neat appearance
- Complete required ELM training courses as available
