Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 or older based on applicable state and local requirements
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
- Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 or older based on applicable state & local requirements

- Competent operation of grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Prior experience in a cooking role preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
- Complete duties without constant supervision
- Prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Maintain a positive attitude and support teamwork in a fast-paced environment
