This part-time position as a Customer Service Associate at Harris Teeter plays a pivotal role in maintaining the store's excellent customer service standards. The role also involves performing cashier and bagger duties as needed. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. The role demands physical activity such as standing, walking, using hands to handle merchandise, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. The work environment may involve exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and temperature extremes. Safety training and other required company-specific training programs are part of the onboarding process.

Harris Teeter offers compensation ranging from $15.35 to $22.00 per hour for this position, depending on the applicant's previous experience and skill set.
