Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with prior customer-facing experience
- Fluent proficiency in English

Job Duties
- Provide world class customer service by managing the rental and occasionally return process in compliance with Hertz's policies and procedures
- Welcome each customer with a smile

- Take ownership of each customer's service experience by immediately owning and resolving issues

- Answer phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner
- Effectively resolve all customer service issues
