Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
- Must be 18 years or older with proof of identity and work eligibility
- Dependability during peak hours and critical shifts
- Consistent schedule with availability for 20+ hours weekly
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care
- Ability to connect and captivate customers of diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated passion for retail and customer service excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- At least 18 years of age with legal eligibility to work
- Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred
