Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation, preferably in senior living
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold menu items on the grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to menu cycle and standardized recipes
- Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
