The available role is for a Part Time Concierge at the Work Café located in Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida. This position plays a vital role as the primary customer-facing representative within the Work Café environment. The Work Café Concierge is responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is engaging, welcoming, and professional, effectively embodying Santander's customer experience standards. The role involves coordinating various coworking and meeting facilities, including room bookings and supporting events and programming designed to enhance the customer experience. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the Work Café, assisting them with routine transactions, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate areas or resources.
A significant aspect of the role is promoting the adoption of Santander's digital products and services, encouraging customers to utilize self-service options and alternative digital channels. The Concierge also works closely with internal Work Café management and external partners such as baristas and cleaning staff to maintain a welcoming and well-organized space. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - required
- 1+ years customer service experience - required
- Ability to comply with policies and procedures
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- 1+ years customer service experience
- 1+ years communications, marketing or event-planning experience preferred

Job Duties
- Takes personal responsibility for delivering on Santander's and Work Café's customer experience standards
- Creates exceptional customer experiences with every interaction
- Acts as first point of contact for all customers entering the Work Café and directs customers to the appropriate area in a professional and engaging manner
- Is a self-service expert and proactively encourages customers to embrace digital products and services by explaining the benefits of using the available alternative channels
- Supports Work Café Manager and Work Café Events Manager with specialized Work Café programming and events, including promotion and day-of activities
- Manages and coordinates all customer and colleague room bookings and ensures the rooms are welcoming and in good order prior to and after appointments
- Takes ownership of addressing customer enquiries by directing them to the appropriate Work Café area, facility, resource, or business partners
