The role of Resident Services Coordinator at Greystar is designed to enhance the resident experience by organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and programs. This position serves as a vital information hub for residents, offering guidance related to local market resources and ensuring the smooth operation of community amenities. Key responsibilities include greeting prospects and residents, answering and routing phone calls efficiently, managing guest suite schedules, and coordinating move-in and move-out processes. The Resident Services Coordinator also oversees the maintenance and readiness of clubhouse amenities, manages package deliveries with prompt resident notifications, and keeps detailed tracking logs for community services such as equipment rentals and dry cleaning. Additionally, the role supports the community team by assisting in the planning and coordination of resident activities and events, while maintaining up-to-date information on local dining, shopping, and service options. Physical demands require the incumbent to be capable of standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting within specific weight parameters, as well as working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexibility in work schedules is essential, with willingness to respond to calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays. This part-time position offers hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.75, with compensation influenced by experience, skills, business requirements, and location. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry and crawl as required
  • ability to work in all weather conditions
  • able to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
  • answer phone calls and route to appropriate team member
  • assist with completed service request call backs as necessary
  • maintain guest suite schedules to ensure proper payment and cleanliness
  • manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before office opening
  • manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
  • assist with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
  • keep detailed local area information and maintain vendor relationships
