Its vast reach includes managing over one million residential units globally, making it the largest operator of apartments in the United States. Greystar’s extensive assets under management include nearly $79 billion, consisting of over $35 billion in development assets and approximately $36.5 billion in regulatory assets.
The company’s commitment to delivering world-class service in rental residential real estate has been a driving force behind its growth and success. The role also includes managing package deliveries, tracking service requests such as equipment rentals and dry cleaning, and assisting in scheduling and organizing resident activities.
Physical demands of the job require the incumbent to be capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, as well as performing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and operating in various weather conditions. Flexibility in work hours is also essential, with the need to take "on-call" duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $22.75, with additional compensation opportunities based on individual and company performance. Greystar supports its employees with benefits including a 401(k) plan with company match, an employee assistance program, and paid sick time. The company also values diversity and inclusivity, welcoming qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records, ensuring equal opportunity for all candidates.
