The company prides itself on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment, exemplified by its distinction as the only guarding security company in the United States to be Certified by Great Place to Work. GardaWorld is known not only for its comprehensive security services but also for offering career growth opportunities and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among its employees, many of whom began their careers as frontline workers. The company values dedication, integrity, and customer-focused service, making it a preferred employer in the security industry.

GardaWorld Security Services is currently hiring for the position of Concierge Security Officer at their Boulder, Colorado site. This is a part-time role with a set schedule on Monday and Tuesday from 2 PM to 10 PM, amounting to 16 hours per week. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.60, with the added convenience of DailyPay availability for employees. The role emphasizes customer service and interaction in various environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be at the forefront of building meaningful connections with visitors and occupants, aiming to reassure and inspire confidence through your friendly and professional demeanor.

In this role, the primary focus is on ensuring safety and security while delivering outstanding customer service. The Concierge Security Officer manages access control, conducts regular patrols, inspects security equipment, and responds promptly to incidents, including providing first aid when necessary. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, verifying their identities, answering inquiries both in person and over the phone, and writing accurate incident reports. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with emergency teams and maintain a vigilant presence to identify potential security risks. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in basic phone and computer operations, and those who hold or can obtain the necessary state licenses. Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is highly valued but not mandatory. GardaWorld’s inclusion policy ensures equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability, making it a welcoming workplace for all qualified applicants. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening. If you are an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit eager to be a GardaWorld ambassador, this position offers a promising career path within a respected and expanding global security company.
