The Part-time Concierge position at Overture Riverwalk in Riverside, California, represents an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic company. This role is vital in enhancing resident satisfaction and supporting the community's sales and marketing efforts. The Concierge acts as the friendly and professional first point of contact for residents and prospects, ensuring they receive superb service and hospitality. This role involves organizing and coordinating various resident programs and services, answering inquiries, assisting with service requests, and managing guest suite schedules and package deliveries. The Concierge also helps ensure that community amenities are well-maintained and ready for use, supporting smooth move-ins and move-outs by coordinating logistics such as the loading dock and elevator schedules. Moreover, the role supports the sales team by contributing to the selling process, helping to achieve budgeted occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 to $19.00, with the potential for bonus programs based on individual and company performance, depending on the nature of the role and location. Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work part-time hours including some evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting for a team member
  • Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness
  • Manage and coordinate the loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
