The Part-time Concierge position at Greystar is a dynamic role designed to enhance resident experience and support the community sales team. The primary responsibilities of the Part-time Concierge include organizing, coordinating, and implementing a variety of resident services and programs. Acting as an essential information resource, this role ensures that residents receive timely and helpful assistance. Additionally, the Part-time Concierge plays a crucial role in supporting the sales process by working collaboratively with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants. The goal is to make the selling process more efficient and the move-in experience seamless for new residents.
This part-time role is vital to the community’s success in meeting year-end budgeted occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The Part-time Concierge welcomes prospects and residents, answering phone calls, coordinating package deliveries, managing guest suite and loading dock schedules, and helping maintain the clubhouse amenities. The role also involves assisting with resident activities and programs, maintaining local area information for residents, and establishing strong relationships with concierge vendors. Offering an hourly wage range of $18.00 to $19.00, compensation is influenced by factors like business needs, experience, skills, and location. Additional bonus opportunities based on individual and company performance are available for both corporate and onsite roles. Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and leasing area
- answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
- assist with completed service request callbacks
- maintain the guest suite schedule and ensure cleanliness
- manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition each morning
- manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery places
- maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
