The Concierge position at Exclusive Resorts plays a vital role in upholding the company’s reputation for excellence by serving as the primary point of contact for members and guests. This part-time role requires a commitment of 24 hours per week, typically spread across three days with two consecutive days off to ensure full-time Concierge coverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating a variety of pre-arrival arrangements, including planning itineraries, coordinating activities, making reservations, and handling special requests such as grocery deliveries. Acting as the local representative of Exclusive Resorts, the Concierge must possess an in-depth knowledge of the destination to provide expert recommendations and personalized service.

The Concierge is expected to maintain constant availability to members, facilitating communication via cell phone and landlines for any travel needs. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Plans itinerary/activities and reservations in advance for all arriving members
- Responds to communications from members, the Company, and its affiliates, within 24 hours of delivery
- Handles and facilitates pre-arrival grocery requests and site delivery as requested by members
- Visits the residence before guest arrival to ensure compliance with Exclusive Resorts rules and regulations
- Available to guests via cell phone and land line for all member travel needs
- Provides orientation to residences and services for members upon arrival
- Provides professional and courteous service related to property use and local attractions
- Communicates availability and contact information to support staff on days off
- Manages and coordinates special events for member requested special events
- Conducts tours of units as a representative of Exclusive Resorts for prospective members
- Ensures all housekeeping standards are met and maintained
- Directs efforts appropriately when standards are not met
- Performs other duties as assigned
