The Part Time Concierge position at 88 Hillside with Hines Living plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations within residential communities, serving as the primary point of contact for residents. Working as a Part Time Concierge means welcoming new residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable during their interactions. The role entails managing communication channels such as emails and phone calls, overseeing guest traffic and parking areas, monitoring security cameras, and ensuring the safety and smooth operation of building amenities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Two or more years experience in a customer service environment
- Residential concierge or reception experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome new residents and guests and ensure that prospects and visitors are comfortable as they wait
- Provide administrative support such as managing and emailing leads, and handling general admin duties
- Monitor guest traffic and parking garage for team members and vendors
- Monitor security cameras and fire alarm panel
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate reference points, and assist with completed request call backs
- Ensure packages are delivered and document as well as notify residents of the arrival in a timely fashion
- Update the daily log pertaining to any events and report any concerns to management
- Assist scheduling move-ins, move-outs and furniture deliveries
- Maintain equipment inventory
- Assist with vendor appointments
- Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and programs
- Act as the point of contact for residents, responding within 24 hours to ensure the inquiry/complaint has been resolved satisfactorily
- Provide a personalized experience, with emphasis on care and convenience for future and current residents
- Engage with residents, fostering an ongoing, positive relationship while confirming their expectations are being fulfilled
