The role of Concierge at Chateaux Deer Valley is a vital hotel guest liaison position that requires outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and effectively. As a Concierge, you will be the primary contact for guests seeking information about the local area, events, and activities, acting as an essential bridge between the guests and the hotel's multiple departments. Patience, tact, and resourcefulness are key qualities in this role, enabling you to meet varied guest demands with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests warmly to make their stay memorable, managing dining reservations, providing local knowledge about Park City and interesting attractions, maintaining detailed and informative logbooks, and ensuring clear communication throughout hotel departments. Beyond guest interaction, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude towards both guests and coworkers will foster a welcoming atmosphere in line with the Stein Collection's high standards.

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible
  • Effectively and seriously deal with guest needs
  • Serve as information agent for hotel guests and handle their needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area including points of interest
  • Maintain complete and informative log books
  • Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests
  • Maintain communication with all hotel departments
  • Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees
  • Acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible
