The role of Concierge at Chateaux Deer Valley is a vital hotel guest liaison position that requires outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and effectively. As a Concierge, you will be the primary contact for guests seeking information about the local area, events, and activities, acting as an essential bridge between the guests and the hotel's multiple departments. Patience, tact, and resourcefulness are key qualities in this role, enabling you to meet varied guest demands with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests warmly to make their stay memorable, managing dining reservations, providing local knowledge about Park City and interesting attractions, maintaining detailed and informative logbooks, and ensuring clear communication throughout hotel departments.
