Rydal Park is a distinguished Life Plan Community known for delivering exceptional senior living experiences. As part of HumanGood, a respected organization dedicated to reimagining senior living, Rydal Park offers a vibrant environment where older adults can thrive in comfort, safety, and community. This community is designed to provide a continuum of care, ensuring residents receive the support they need at every stage of life while enjoying an enriching lifestyle. The community takes pride in fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a strong focus on respect, privacy, and resident rights, making it a sought-after place for seniors who value independence and engagement. Joining Rydal Park means becoming part of a team that is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for seniors and supporting their well-being through innovative services and compassionate care.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated part-time Concierge to join our team. This position offers shifts every other Saturday and Sunday, with work hours available from 11 PM to 7 AM and 3 PM to 11 PM. Offering competitive pay ranging from $14 to $17 per hour, this role is ideal for individuals looking to contribute to a meaningful cause while enjoying flexible part-time employment. The Concierge position serves as the vital first point of contact for all visitors, residents, families, vendors, and community members at Rydal Park. You will engage with people both in person and over the phone, offering exemplary hospitality and handling a range of clerical duties. Protecting resident privacy, rights, and safety is paramount, so candidates must be committed to upholding these standards at all times.

Daily responsibilities include welcoming residents and potential new residents, managing incoming and outgoing communications efficiently, and providing valuable community information that supports marketing and sales initiatives. Additionally, you will assist residents with a variety of services such as coordinating transportation, handling mail and deliveries, and managing visitor access. To thrive in this role, you should have prior customer service experience and be comfortable with clerical or administrative tasks. Proficiency in computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software, is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

At HumanGood and Rydal Park, employee well-being is taken seriously. We offer comprehensive benefits that support your health, financial security, and personal development. These include health, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after your start date, generous paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, and health savings accounts with employer contributions. We also provide tuition reimbursement to encourage continuing education, a cell phone stipend, and an employee assistance program to support your overall wellness. Career growth is strongly encouraged through leadership development and advancement opportunities, promoting a fulfilling and rewarding career path for team members dedicated to making a difference in senior living.
