Provincial Senior Living is currently seeking a Concierge to join their vibrant team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional first impressions by greeting guests, residents, and employees warmly and managing communications effectively. The Concierge acts as a vital point of contact within the community, handling both external and internal calls, taking messages accurately, and providing general information. They help maintain the smooth daily operation of the community by organizing materials for marketing, managing meal tickets for team members and family members, updating resident records, and coordinating various appointments for residents and their families.
The Concierge also ensures the reception area remains neat and organized, distributes mail, and keeps track of resident forms related to miscellaneous credits. This position requires a professional who is organized, attentive to detail, and dedicated to upholding company policies while promoting a welcoming and efficient environment. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- one to three years customer service experience and/or training

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- collates brochures for the marketing department
- prepares meal tickets for team members and family members
- tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
- updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
- maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
