This innovative establishment has redefined the typical cocktail bar experience by offering an inviting space where patrons can both discover new flavor profiles and enjoy their favorite classic drinks. At Poka Lola Social Club, specialty sodas made from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients are bottled on site. These sodas serve as a foundation for expertly crafted cocktails, can be enjoyed individually, or taken home for those who wish to savor the essence of the bar's creativity long after their visit.
The Sage Restaurant Group, renowned nationwide for developing independent restaurants and lounges near its hotels in prime locations, is committed to creating exceptional food and beverage experiences that resonate deeply with local communities. Their emphasis on highly designed, innovative, and locally focused offerings ensures that each establishment provides not just food and drink, but moments of connection and enjoyment for those who live and work in the surrounding neighborhoods. Poka Lola Social Club exemplifies this approach by combining nostalgia with modern mixology in an environment that fosters both exploration and comfort.

You'll also be entrusted with handling guest checks and ensuring accurate payment procedures, safeguarding both customer and company interests. Being attentive throughout the guests' visit and maintaining a cheerful, professional appearance and attitude are essential to this role.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their skills in the hospitality industry. It demands a combination of customer service aptitude, multitasking ability, and attention to detail in a dynamic and sometimes physically demanding environment.
