Job Description
Freedom Square of Seminole is an upscale senior living community nestled in the beautiful city of Seminole, Florida. This distinguished community has been thoughtfully designed to resemble a quaint town square, featuring paved brick streets and a welcoming gazebo that encourages a warm, neighborly atmosphere. Located just a short drive from Lake Seminole and the pristine beaches of the Gulf Coast, the community offers residents an enviable lifestyle surrounded by natural beauty and tranquility. Spread across 15 acres with two serene ponds, Freedom Square creates a garden-like setting that provides the perfect backdrop for retirement living that balances elegance with comfort. As a life care community, Freedom Square of Seminole is committed to making the aging process seamless by offering a full continuum of care. Residents can enjoy independent living while having the reassurance of transitioning effortlessly to assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing care when their healthcare needs evolve. This comprehensive approach ensures residents receive personalized, patient-centered care throughout their lives in a supportive environment.
At Freedom Square of Seminole, the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is vital to maintaining the high standard of compassionate care and support that defines the community. The CNAs are entrusted with carrying out essential caregiving tasks while fostering a friendly and respectful atmosphere for residents. Freedom Square stands apart from other communities by emphasizing a fun and engaging workplace culture featuring monthly luncheons and campus-wide events, complemented by clean and well-maintained facilities. The community supports its staff with good staffing ratios and offers benefits to both full and part-time employees, including paid time off, paid holidays, career advancement opportunities, paid training, and a revised wage and bonus structure. Additionally, the resident scholarship fund reflects the community’s commitment to education and growth. The CNA position demands energetic, team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are dedicated to extraordinary resident care. Freedom Square fosters a culture of hospitality, encouraging all team members to greet residents by name with a smile, treat everyone with courteous respect, anticipate needs thoughtfully, respond enthusiastically and promptly, and maintain high professional standards in conduct and appearance. This position offers the rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while growing a rewarding career within a supportive, inclusive, and elegant environment.
