The role being offered is a Store Floor Associate, with primary responsibilities centered around maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment with an emphasis on floor care. This position is hourly paid, with a starting wage range of $13.50 to $14.00 per hour, subject to experience and qualifications. It requires operating cleaning equipment such as buffers and scrubbers, maintaining cleanliness in multiple areas of the store including the sales floor, backroom, restrooms, and associate lounge, and supporting various store operations such as merchandising and loss prevention.
