The Program Manager role at Right At School is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about child development and education leadership. This position offers a competitive pay range from $22.50 to $24.50 per hour, dependent on candidates' education and experience. The role operates Monday through Friday with mandatory availability for all five days during the after-school hours of 2:40 pm to 6:00 pm. As a Program Manager, candidates will be responsible for delivering a curriculum that promotes disguised learning—an innovative program designed to blend educational content with play-based enrichment. The successful candidate will lead a team of educators committed to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.

Working closely with school principals and staff, the Program Manager ensures that after-school programming complements the academic objectives of each school while fostering positive community relationships through events like Back to School nights and Field Days. Safety and compliance are critical elements of this role, requiring meticulous supervision, adherence to program paperwork, and enforcement of safety standards to ensure children are protected at all times.
