The company is dedicated to promoting a love of learning while supporting schools and giving families peace of mind. Its approach combines disguised learning activities with daily enrichment, ensuring that every student benefits from a high-quality experience that fosters growth, creativity, and social development. Right At School’s mission focuses on inspiring a love of learning, supporting schools, and providing families with peace of mind through reliable and nurturing programs. The organization values passion, dedication, and professionalism, and it strives to extend its reach by delivering exceptional, affordable programs to as many schools, families, and students as possible.

The Program Manager role at Right At School is essential to the success of these programs, overseeing the operational, safety, and educational aspects of the site’s extended day offerings. This position involves managing daily routines such as implementing activities and curriculum, ensuring a safe and joyful environment, maintaining compliance with licensing and operational standards, and fostering strong relationships among staff, families, and partners. A Program Manager leads by example, demonstrating role model qualities in safety and joy standards, while supporting a team of staff members through coaching and clear communication. They are responsible for keeping site documentation current, managing attendance protocols, enforcing behavior policies, and promptly addressing any challenges to maintain a cohesive and productive team.

Effective communication is a cornerstone of this role, requiring engagement with families, client partners, peers, and students to build trust and transparency. The Program Manager works closely with the Area Manager to align with program goals and implement necessary changes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and mitigating risks to protect participants’ well-being. The role demands hands-on involvement in the daily operation of the program, including fitness and fun activities, curriculum delivery, and creating an engaging and supportive environment for children under 13.

This position is hourly, with a pay range of $25 to $27 per hour depending on education and experience. The schedule requires availability for split shifts Monday through Friday, including a before school shift from 6am to 9am (with Friday extending to 10:30am) and an after school shift from 3pm to 6pm. Right At School offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the health, financial wellness, and personal development of its team members. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial coaching, pet insurance, and discounted enrollment in programs, among others.
