The organization is deeply committed to inspiring a love of learning, supporting schools, and offering families peace of mind through exceptional program delivery. The vision of Right At School is to expand the reach of these outstanding programs to as many students, families, and schools as possible, emphasizing safety and well-being as foundational elements for children to explore, grow, and thrive.

Additionally, there is an emphasis on the continuous support and reporting of safety practices, identifying potential risks, and ensuring that all staff members are aligned with the program's goals and values.

This position demands a dedicated, mission-driven individual who is passionate about child development and education. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with children under 13, one year of supervisory experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. The candidate must also meet state-specific requirements, possess current First Aid and CPR certification, provide proof of immunizations, and clear a tuberculosis test.
