Job Description

Ennoble Care is a distinguished mobile healthcare provider specializing in primary care, palliative care, and hospice services across multiple states including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. The company is committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care directly to patients' homes, particularly focusing on those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. This home-based care model ensures patients receive consistent, high-quality medical attention while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own environment. Ennoble Care’s innovative approach includes programs such as remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management, all designed to support patients holistically and promote better health outcomes. The dedicated clinicians of Ennoble Care embody the company’s motto, "To Care is an Honor," reflecting their deep commitment to patient well-being and the creation of trusting patient-provider relationships.

The role available at Ennoble Care is for a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) positioned in the Philadelphia, PA region. This position is ideal for compassionate, dedicated individuals who are motivated to make a positive difference in the lives of patients requiring hospice care. The CNA/CHHA will be entrusted with caring for a census of approximately 5-6 patients, providing personal care and support to individuals facing significant health challenges. Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, grooming, mouth and skin care, toileting, positioning, transfer activities, and frequently turning bed-bound patients to ensure comfort and prevent complications. The caregiver will also support patients with prescribed exercise and range of motion activities, light housekeeping, meal feeding and assistance, and reporting any changes in patient conditions to nursing staff for timely intervention.

This role is essential for delivering the highest quality of hospice care, ensuring patients maintain dignity and comfort in their final stages of life. Eligibility for the position requires successful completion of state-mandated training, including at least 75 hours of combined classroom and supervised practical instruction, with a preference for individuals with hospice-specific experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable insured vehicle, and demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Ennoble Care offers a competitive pay rate starting at $19.75 per hour for this part-time role. Additionally, full-time employees may qualify for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, disability plans, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off, among others. All employees are also eligible for paid sick time, 401(k) with company match, referral programs, and pay-on-demand services through Payactiv. Ennoble Care fosters an inclusive work environment, promoting equal opportunity and diversity across all levels of employment. The company requires candidates to disclose any future needs for employment-based immigration sponsorship prior to extending a job offer. Joining Ennoble Care means becoming part of a compassionate team devoted to honoring and enhancing the lives of patients and their families every day.
