Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have a valid CDL - Class A or Class B
  • no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • one year of prior work experience as a CDL driver is required
  • preferred one year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver
  • ability to work in a high-traffic secure facility

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a valid CDL - Class A or Class B
  • one year of prior work experience as a CDL driver
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to safely operate a 40-passenger shuttle bus in high-traffic environments
  • knowledge of safety and Department of Transportation standards
  • capability to handle specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Transport passengers to designated pick-up and drop-off locations
  • ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers including specialized equipment for special needs
  • inspect shuttle for preexisting damage and record information
  • provide excellent customer service to guests
  • maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan and coordinate bus evacuation activities
  • immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • refuel vehicle and maintain clean work environment by disinfecting shuttle after each use
  • perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
