Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must have a valid CDL - Class A or Class B
- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- one year of prior work experience as a CDL driver is required
- preferred one year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver
- ability to work in a high-traffic secure facility
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid CDL - Class A or Class B
- one year of prior work experience as a CDL driver
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to safely operate a 40-passenger shuttle bus in high-traffic environments
- knowledge of safety and Department of Transportation standards
- capability to handle specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Transport passengers to designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers including specialized equipment for special needs
- inspect shuttle for preexisting damage and record information
- provide excellent customer service to guests
- maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan and coordinate bus evacuation activities
- immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- refuel vehicle and maintain clean work environment by disinfecting shuttle after each use
- perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
