The available part-time Store Associate position at the Abilene, Texas location presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing positively to the shopping experience. As a Store Associate, your primary focus will be to assist customers in finding the products they need while embodying the brand’s promise of fast and friendly interactions. You will be responsible for executing efficient checkout processes, including adhering to cash handling standards, and engaging customers with the store’s rewards program and private label credit card enrollments. A key part of your role will involve participation in the store’s truck unloading and merchandising activities to ensure that the store remains well-stocked, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with corporate planograms.

In this dynamic role, you will also support the store’s omnichannel operations, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes, enhancing the integrated shopping experience for customers who prefer digital and physical retail options. Your duties will extend to maintaining merchandise recovery, handling returns, and optimizing stock displays to maximize store inventory availability.
