Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- meet federal, state, and local legal employment requirements
- physical capability to perform essential job functions including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing
- ability to interact respectfully with others
- willingness to adhere to safety and shrink programs
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and early mornings
Job Qualifications
- retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- ability to remain standing for long periods
- ability to move throughout the store
- physical ability for regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders or similar equipment for high shelves
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- positive and respectful attitude
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
Job Duties
- help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- execute cash handling to standards
- engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
- perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully with customers and team members
- project a positive image and serve as a role model
- cross trained in custom framing selling and production
- perform other duties as assigned
