Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle merchandise
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- willingness to work in environments with occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence in English
- ability to perform basic math calculations
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- willingness to complete required training
- previous customer service experience is a plus
