As an In-Home Caregiver at ComForCare, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of clients by assisting with a variety of daily living activities in a respectful and supportive manner. Your responsibilities will include personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to promote hygiene and comfort. Additionally, you will provide medication reminders and assist with medication management to ensure clients take their medications safely and on time. Meal preparation and feeding assistance are also part of your duties to support clients' nutritional needs. Beyond physical care, your role will involve light housekeeping and managing household chores like cleaning and laundry to maintain a healthy living environment.

Mobility support is another vital duty where you will help clients move safely around their home, including transfers and positioning. Moreover, you will offer companionship and emotional support to combat feelings of loneliness and improve overall well-being. Some clients may have pets, so being comfortable with animals is important. Having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is highly desirable, as caregivers may be required to accompany clients to appointments or outings. Your ability to observe and report any changes in a client's condition or behavior will ensure proper care adjustments are made promptly.

This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who have experience in caregiving or related fields and who possess strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and patience when working with individuals with limitations.
