We are currently seeking a Call Center and Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position plays a vital role as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, acting as a welcoming and informative liaison between patients and our healthcare providers. The Coordinator will be responsible for answering and directing calls, documenting voicemails, verifying patient information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that messages and tasks are accurately communicated to the appropriate staff members. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The Call Center and Scheduling Coordinator must be adept at handling phone inquiries in a courteous manner, protecting patient privacy, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations. This role contributes significantly to patient satisfaction by efficiently managing the appointment scheduling process and promptly addressing patient questions or concerns. Strong collaboration with healthcare professionals is also necessary to facilitate timely patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level and a positive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion about sensitive information. Experience in a medical office environment and bilingual capabilities are preferred but not mandatory. Job Requirements

Job Duties
