- be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- basic mathematical ability including addition and subtraction
- effective oral and written communication skills in English
- ability to adapt to shifting priorities and multitask
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to successfully complete required company training
- exceptional teamwork and dependability
- good judgment and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- prepare, process, package, and stock fresh food products according to company standards
- provide courteous and prompt customer service on the sales floor and sales counter
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas following health and safety regulations
- unload stock from deliveries and restock shelves efficiently
- assist customers with product location, information, and special requests
- follow food safety policies and merchandising standards to ensure product quality and freshness
