Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to handle guest requests professionally
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs
  • Commitment to dress code and attendance standards

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
  • Perform side work and any other duties as designated by the supervisor
  • Maintain regular attendance and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, complying with the dress code
