Job Duties
- Ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
- Perform side work and any other duties as designated by the supervisor
- Maintain regular attendance and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, complying with the dress code
